• Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

15. Governing Law; Jurisdiction; Venue

• These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
• You agree that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site will be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County or another appropriate county in Nevada, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
• You waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

16. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

• Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its rules, rather than in court, except that you or we may assert claims in small‑claims court if they qualify.
• You and we agree that any arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis and not in a class, collective, or representative action, and that class arbitrations, class actions, private attorney general actions, and consolidation of claims with other arbitrations are not permitted.
• You and we waive any right to a jury trial.

17. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Site, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Site will cease immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

18. Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented to you for specific services or features, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
• No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
• Assignment: You may not assign, transfer, or sublicense any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
