Sarah Olsen

Sarah Olsen was appointed Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer in August 2025. Ms. Olsen is an experienced financial executive and digital asset investor with a background spanning corporate development, capital markets, and institutional risk management. Prior to her current role at TON Strategy Company, she served as Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Europa Partners, where she helped launch and oversee an actively managed digital asset fund seeded by Galaxy Digital Holdings Ltd.

Previously, Ms. Olsen served as Head of Corporate Development for Onyx by J.P. Morgan, leading strategic investments in blockchain infrastructure and contributing to the development of institutional digital asset products and client initiatives. Before J.P. Morgan, she was Head of Corporate Development at Gemini Trust Company and a member of the Executive Committee, where she oversaw global expansion, new business lines, banking and treasury relationships, and the launch of regulated digital asset products.

Earlier, Ms. Olsen held investment management and business development roles at Apollo Global Management, Brightwood Capital, and Rockefeller Capital Management. She holds a B.A. in Philosophy from Georgetown University.
