Mary Marbach

Mary Marbach joined Ton Strategy Company in September 2025. Ms. Marbach is an experienced public company general counsel, who began her legal career at Morrison & Foerster and Greenberg Traurig. Ms. Marbach has served as Senior Transactional Counsel at Imperial Finance & Trading, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Vitacost.com, Inc., Vice President, General Counsel at Wetherill Associates, Inc., and Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Twinlab Consolidation Corporation.  

Ms. Marbach earned her BS at Syracuse University, her MBA at University of Miami and her JD at Boston University School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in Florida and California.
